Hello, My name is Claudia Hleap-Knight! I am a Registered Dietitian (RD), CertiIied Diabetes Educator (CDCES), and Owner of Hleap Nutrition.
I provide virtual nutrition counseling and specialize in Diabetes, Prediabetes, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), and weight management. For more information about the services I provide click HERE.

I also offer a Nutrition 101 course, which covers the fundamentals of nutrition and the topics I most often discuss in my Iirst 1-2 patient appointments. The course is $35 and incudes a detailed hour of content for self-directed learning.
